PURPOSE Our firm is seeking an energetic, motivated, and self-driven team member who will have an immediate positive impact on our market-driven firm. This position will be based in one of our Louisiana offices (Thibodaux, Baton Rouge, Covington, Lafayette, or New Orleans). This position focuses on effectively executing RFQs, RFPs, and Hybrid Proposals. This person must have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, deadline driven, and experience in technical writing. This person must effectively convey our brand internally and externally.

ACTIVITIES + RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote DDGs core values, both internally and externally, and comply with the DDG Company
• Responsible for the preparation and completion of Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposals.
• Assists with the design and preparation of marketing packets and presentations.
• Assists with the design and scheduling of social media content.
• Assists with coordination of photographers for project photography and head shots.
• Assists with ordering DDG branded swag, posters, project signs, etc.
• Assists with the design of content for internal newsletter
• Travel to other DDG offices may be required periodically
• Travel for delivery of proposals as needed
• Ensure DDGs brand and messaging is being used consistently within all correspondence.
• Other directives as requested by the Marketing Manager, Owners, and other Leadership Team Members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or another Related Field
• 2-5 Years of Relevant Workforce Experience
• Experience with InDesign and Canva
• Creative mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a comprehensive manner

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to travel to various offices, career fairs, company events and training.
