Project Manager - Federal Project Manager - Federal

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage federal construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the federal and commercial sectors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage federal construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Utilize project management software such as Procore for tracking project performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in federal construction.
• Strong knowledge of federal construction regulations and processes including USACE and NAVFAC standards.
• Proven experience in scheduling, remodeling, and renovation projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software, particularly Procore.
