Job Description
The Enterprise Project/Program Management Analyst is an entry-level position designed for upcoming graduates who are eager to launch their careers in project and program management. In this role, youll gain hands-on experience supporting low-complexity projects under the guidance and mentorship of experienced project managers. Youll learn how to plan, coordinate, and deliver business results while building the foundation for a long-term career in project and program management.Key Responsibilities
Support the achievement of project or program success factors
Gain an understanding of business objectives and help translate them into project outcomes
Assist in planning and implementing two or more aspects of projects or programs
Help identify and escalate project risks/issues, and contribute to mitigation strategies
Provide transparent project status updates
Engage with stakeholders to build collaboration and alignment
Coordinate, document, and communicate project requirements
Act as an advocate for the project team within the organization
Education
Bachelors degree in progress, with expected graduation in December 2025 or Spring 2026
Experience
Previous internship, co-op, or project team experience in a professional or academic setting preferred, but not required
No prior full-time professional experience required
Supervisory Responsibilities
