Our client, an investment firm located in Cambridge, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a contract basis. This hybrid role consists of 3 days onsite, 2 remote and has standard hours from 8:30AM-5PM. It is compensating up to $43 an hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities: Provide executive-level support including complex scheduling and meeting coordination using Outlook Manage travel arrangements and process expense reports through Concur Offer light administrative support to the broader Team Act as a point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Experience with travel planning and expense reporting Tech-savvy with excellent judgment, strong time management skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach Able to work independently, handle shifting priorities, and operate with a sense of urgency Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
