Job Description

The HT Group is partnering with a software company to find a Executive Administrative Assistant to support the VP of Technology and take on day to day administrative operations. If you’re a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting executive leadership and being a key player behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you!

Location : Shreveport Louisiana 71115 (On-site)
Compensation : $55-65k
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Technology
Handle day-to-day administrative operations including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and general office organization
Join meetings and calls, take detailed notes, and create actionable follow-up items
Ensure timely completion of action items and assist in tracking progress
Manage calendars and schedule meetings
Draft meeting agendas and prepare materials in advance
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in the software or technology industry preferred
Strong background in calendar management, meeting minutes, and drafting agendas
Experience supporting executives or managers highly preferred
Technically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and common business software tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and efficiently
