Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across our organization. This role will focus on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to business operations, financial performance, and customer insights. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve efficiency and business outcomes. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.

     
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

     
  • Work closely with various departments, including operations, finance, and sales, to provide data-driven recommendations.

     
  • Identify process inefficiencies and provide insights for operational improvements.

     
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.

     
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.

     
  • Use SQL, Excel, and other data tools to extract and manipulate data.

     
  • Support automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

     
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.

     
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools .

     
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.

     
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.

     
  • Experience in restoration, construction, or service-based industries is a plus but not required.
