# Customer Service Schedule: 11:30am - 8pm with weekend availability as needed,

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative/Call Center:
# Taking customer orders via phone calls and live chat
# Resolving customer issues via phone calls and live chat
# Handling other department responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative/Call Center:
#2 years professional call center experience a must.
# Resolving customer issues via phone calls and live chat
# Strong computer and phone skills
# Willing and able to work nights and weekends
