What You'll Be Doing You'll lead residential installs across a range of systems and work alongside a helper tech, mentoring them as you go. This is hands-on work for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time. You'll be: Installing furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and ductwork Brazing, charging, and wiring systems to spec and code Communicating with homeowners and maintaining a professional presence Using iPad/iPhone for dispatch, job tracking, and customer records Following safety protocols and local codes Representing Metro with skill, care, and pride What We're Looking For 46 years of experience as a lead residential HVAC installer or service tech Strong skills in brazing, electrical, refrigerants, and ductwork Valid driver's license with a clean record Able to lead and mentor a helper tech Comfortable using mobile apps for dispatch and job tracking EPA and NATE certifications are preferred but not required Someone who works clean, solves problems, and doesn't cut corners Compensation & Benefits $30 - $40/hour based on experience Full-time, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs) 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation, holidays, and PTO Company vehicle, iPhone, and iPad All major tools and equipment are provided Paid training and advancement opportunities Employee discounts and referral bonuses On-call only every sixth week, thanks to a fully staffed team Relocation support available for the right candidate (negotiable) Why Canonsburg?
