The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization, driving financial strategy, and ensuring the companys fiscal health. This role provides strategic guidance to support business growth, profitability, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion and uphold the companys values, vision, mission and quality policy in all activities.
• Adhere to and help enforce company policies, procedures, and internal control standards.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
• Provide financial insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead financial forecasting, scenario planning, and risk management initiatives.
• Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to ensure optimal financial performance.
• Maintain 13 week cash flow model
• Maintain banking relationships and help support any re-financing activities
• Develop and maintain robust financial systems, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
• Prepare and present accurate, timely financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Oversee tax planning, filings, and audits.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the organization.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Understand and work with multiple currencies to support our facility in Mexico
• Support integration activities for any new acquisitions
• Work with CEO on new business proposals and specifically pricing models
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, HR, and other departments to align financial goals with organizational priorities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver financial presentations for board meetings and shareholder communications.

Education & Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA/CFA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record in corporate financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and investment strategies.
• 10+ Years in manufacturing
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
• High integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment.

Boston area preferred, remote work on occasion

Occasional travel required for business, investor meetings, and site visits.

Expected Hours of Work

This is a Full-Time salary position required to work Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
