This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of CRA projects, enhancing frameworks, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in Business Analysis and Project Management Background in Compliance, Risk Management, or Legal environments Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Preferred Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory processes Experience with data mapping and taxonomy adoption Prior involvement in compliance risk assessments or related regulatory programs Knowledge of tools and processes for integrating compliance activities Day-to-Day Responsibilities Assist with data mapping coordination across cross-functional stakeholders Provide business analysis support for CRA projects focused on regulatory compliance Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reporting Support CRA execution by reviewing input, synthesizing data, and drafting reports Collaborate with Compliance teams to improve integration of compliance activities , including taxonomy adoption and annual planning processes Support real-time data linkage initiatives to optimize communication and tools Develop consolidated compliance profiles for key legal entities Handle ad-hoc tasks in support of CRA deliverables Benefits & Culture We are committed to creating an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.
