The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for boating and a strong understanding of boats and the industry. They will be efficient and proactive in their responsibilities and aid in achieving company goals by ensuring 100% customer satisfaction while complying with company procedures. As a Sales Consultant, you will effectively engage customers in a professional and exciting boat buying experience while providing outstanding customer service. Bilingual skill is required (English - Spanish). POSITION IS 100% COMMISSION BASED. Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service while serving customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Actively reach out to and connect with as many customers as possible in the community. Listen to and actively engage with qualified customers in order to find solutions that meet their specific watersports needs. Implement a proactive follow-up system to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing customers. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay connected with what is going on in the boat/watersport industry including events, contests, boat shows, etc., and passionately disseminate this info with customers and leads to generate interest in our products. Effectively explain manufacturer warranties and dealership service procedures and policies. Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect new and used boat sales and financing.
