Responsibilities

• Assembled complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment, strictly adhering to high-purity protocols and ISO standards.
• Interpreted technical schematics, CAD drawings, and blueprints to perform precision mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and vacuum component integration.
• Utilized precision hand tools (torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers) and specialized diagnostic equipment to ensure all sub-assemblies met tight tolerance specifications.
• Executed Shipping & Receiving of high-value, sensitive components, ensuring all parts were \"kitted\" correctly for the assembly line and tracked via ERP systems.
• Performed quality inspections and functional testing on completed assemblies, identifying and troubleshooting non-conformances to maintain Applied Materials' 100% quality rating.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
