Do you have experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC assembly! Kelly Services seeking talent with mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools and hand-held power tools (impact wrench, drill). This role may include assisting in other areas performing similar work across Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC assembly areas.

Hours: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM, 50-hour work week

Pay: $18.00 & Up (Based On Experience) Location: Barberton

Job Responsibilities:

• Layout and install electrical components in panel enclosures per prints
• Drill and tap electrical subpanels according to layouts
• Measure, cut, terminate, label, and install wiring to print
• Install VFDs and various electrical components in manufactured units

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Electrical Trade Education Program preferred)
• Steel or composite/safety shoes required
• Assembly Experience: 2+ years
• Mechanical Knowledge: 2+ years
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
• Proficient with power tools, hand tools, and measuring tools used in panel building

• Schedule includes overtime and 10-hour workdays as required
